Twice a year, Vejlsøhus and Gl. Skovridergaard jointly host the popular student evening, where our passionate student chefs and waiters are allowed to shine. The student evening is a unique opportunity to experience how talent, creativity and professional pride merge into an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
This evening is very special. Our students are responsible for everything themselves – from the composition of the menu to the matching of wines and service.
They take control in the kitchen and in the restaurant, and it shows! You will experience an atmosphere filled with energy, joy and pride as the students show off all the best they have learned.
Table reservations are necessary – and highly sought after.
