When the autumn darkness descends, and the forests around Vejlsøhus are golden and subdued, we invite you inside for an evening of warmth, tradition and deliciousness. Midsummer's Eve is a special occasion – and at Vejlsøhus we celebrate it with both pampering and respect for the classic flavors.
Settle into our cozy restaurant and enjoy the calm atmosphere as the aroma of duck, homemade red cabbage and baked apples fills the room. Here you will enjoy a dinner that celebrates both the season and the proud Danish food traditions.
